Sample Virtual Tour
A virtual tour is designed to showcase your home, while walking a Buyer through the various rooms and highlighting their special features. Some virtual tours can have voice-overs, however I’ve found that most tours benefit from simple musical backgrounds.
For the most part, a virtual tour is developed for every home I market. After all, every home has features to be emphasized … and Buyers LOVE them!
The images on the tour are often taken by me (as is this tour), or if desired, by you or a professional photographer.
