Located southeast of Seattle and spanning the King County and Pierce County lines, the City of Auburn hosts a population of about 73,000, which makes it the 11th largest city in Washington State (as of 2014) and something close to 30 square miles in size. It’s definitely a kid-friendly place, with close to 50 parks!
Auburn is also an affordable place to live with median home prices at $301,500 (as of June 2015).
Like most municipalities, Auburn is very diverse in its neighborhood groupings and I’ve attempted to provide basic information about the areas.
